We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business development and oversee our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for building relationships with key customers across the mining, rail, bridges, and industrial sectors, developing sales strategies, and growing our market presence.
Vereistes:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
- Strong understanding of the South African industrial landscape
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Production Manager
We are seeking a Production Manager reporting to our Production Director. This role will oversee daily manufacturing operations across our facility. You will be responsible for production planning, quality control, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards and optimising efficiency.
Vereistes:
- Experience managing production in a machining or fabrication environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
Engineering Manager
We are looking for an Engineering Manager reporting to the Managing Director. This role will oversee engineering projects from concept to delivery. You will work closely with customers on technical requirements, manage design and development work, and ensure our manufacturing processes meet specification.
Vereistes:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Significant experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with steel fabrication, machining, or heavy engineering preferred
